Shipping policy
Australian Orders
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $350. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate shipping fee of $16.50.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.
Please note:
- Customs duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you are unsure about your country’s import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.
- If you refuse a shipment from ROMY BENNIE, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, any duties incurred, and return postage. These will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is received.
Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. If someone accepts the parcel on your behalf, this will be considered a successful delivery.
