Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached, and must not be worn or washed.
- To request a return, please email info@romybennie.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating whether you'd like to exchange or receive store credit.
- Returns must be posted within 14 days of delivery.
- ROMY BENNIE is not responsible for returns lost in transit, we recommend using a trackable and insured postal service with signature on delivery.
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Returns outside of this period, or items that do not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted. ROMY BENNIE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
